What Causes Pustule Like Itchy Boils On Arms And Torso?

Question: July 16, 2014 I had 2 cortisone injections in my foot. July 17th 2014 I woke up with a bright red, hot face and then pustules like boils started popping up on my arms, and torso. They pop up on different parts of my body now but not often. It has been 3 months and I am so fatigued. I am doing and always have been water, water, water, green tea, yogurt, vitamins and I am at a loss as I have been to the hospital ER, dermatologist, pharnacy, podiatrist who puts 1 in every 3 months but won't now until my skin is clear. Whst can it be that I am so fatigued and many pustules although they seem to be leaving but itch at times. They only come now once in awhile. Please help. I am XXXXXXX R. O'Brien (608)241-0143

3.What all treatment was given.
