Homosexuality is not a mental disorder
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are worried about your homosexual feelings. Nowadays, homosexuality is not considered as a mental disorder or a psychiatric problem. So, if you are feeling comfortable about your sexuality, then you don't require any treatment.
However, if you are feeling very uncomfortable or distressed by such feelings, then you can sek professional help. You can consult a psychiatrist in your place for a detailed assessment and further therapy. Psychological therapy / Counselling is available to help you handle such distressful feelings.
Wish you all the best.

Most likely anxiety-related, not to worry
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The heart-racing is most likely due to anxiety related to your worry / guilt about your homosexual preference. This does not seem to be due to any heart problem or any medical disorder. So, you needn't worry about this. I would suggest that you be relaxed and stress-free and just ignore this.

You could face problems with a female partner
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Since you have stated that you have strong homosexual tendencies and that you do not get sexually aroused with women, it is likely that there could be significant problems with your marital and sexual relations if you get married to a woman. I have seen many people who proceed with marriage without thinking properly or the possible consequences, and this often has led to difficulties and problems in their post-marital life.
So, I would advise you to think about this seriously before making a decision. It would be a good idea to go for a few counselling sessions with a psychiatrist which can enable you to have a clearer understanding and make an appropriate decision.
