Question: my chest area right above both breast have been hurting for over a year. the pain seems to run from the base of my neck downwards. paim is in entireuppper body

Hi back,
I read your query and try to understand your concerns.

However I want to know more about your pain. It's continuous or intermittent? If it's intermittent, for how long does the pain last? Do you have any previous trauma of that region? Do you have other symptoms? What do you do to relief the pain? Does NSAID (i.e advil, voltaren ect) use help?

If you were my patient I would recommend the following examinations (as part of basic evaluation for your problem):
- Blood work (including fibrinogen, rheumatoid factor ect)
- Chest X ray
- ECG
- Abdominal ultrasound
- Breast ultrasound
- Cervical X ray
