What could in be ?
Brief Answer:
Likely gastric discomfort, needs evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Chest pain radiating to arm for the last 5 days with history of MS should be evaluated for heart problem with a simple EKG. If normal then gastric discomfort like gastritis or acid reflux or musculoskeletal soreness common in MS patients can be the cause. It needs a little work up and evaluation to sort out what is causing it. Other possibilities are costochondritis or anxiety depression .
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
