What Causes Radiating Pain In Lower Abdomen, Groin And Forehead Warmness?
Question: I have pain that starts on my left lower abdomen and goes in a crescent shape to the other side of my right lower abdomen. The pain is also felt in my groin. It hurts pretty bad. I have no idea what to think is wrong with me. My forehead is hot and my body is hot. I have been waking up in the night having nightmares

Any nausea, vomiting, bloating, loose stools or constipation?
Any investigations done? If so, please attach reports.

I feel nausea and I do not want to eat anything because it only hurts worse. The pain goes to my upper chest all the way to my groin area. It burns when I pee

It looks you have 2 different problems:
1) burning while urinating and the pain in abdomen and groin in particular indicates that your have severe urinary tract infection.
2) nausea and not feeling like eating, as it hurts to eat indicate that your have acidity related issues too.
I would advise you the following:
Send the sample of urine for routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity before starting of antibiotic.
Send blood and stool for tests.
Ultrasound of the whole abdomen.
Get started on proper stomach friendly antibiotic and PPI like Omeprazole, domperidone and antacid gel under the guidance of your Doctor.
Further tests like upper GI endoscopy, CT scan of abdomen, intra-venous pyelography, cystourethroscopy etc may be needed as per the response to the primary treatment and the initial reports.
