What Causes Radiating Pain In The Abdomen?

Pulsating pain indicates severe inflammation.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/21 - sharp pain in stomach - travels sometimes to the right side of abdomen - recent pulsating pain on right side of neck - unable to see a Doctor until Monday - taking Zoton fast tab - wants to know ...
The pulsatile pain indicates the following things:
Some inflammation of the underlying structures like muscles, vessels, soft tissues or enlarging lymph nodes or so.
I would advise you the following in such a situation .
Take an anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen if it suits you.
Take rest, give rest to neck.
Watch out if there is relief or not.
If there is progression, you may please visit ER (Emergency Room) or so to have clinical evaluation, examination, investigations and prescription based treatment. It may not then be prudent to wait till Monday.
As for the Pain in the abdomen:
You may add an antacid to be taken every 3 hours along with Zoton fast tab.
Take soft bland diet, small frequent meals.
Anti-spasmodic medicines for the pain in abdomen.
If there is progression, you may then again need to visit ER for the same purpose and may need an upper GI endoscopy and ultrasonography along with the blood tests and so on.
I hope this answer helps you, please feel free to give detailed history, feedback and ask for further relevant queries if you feel that there is a gap of communication.

Also my neck is not a severe pain and could be a strain my main concern was that it may be related to the stomach issues indicating something more sinister.
Neck pain not related to stomach issue.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
Since there is a history of ulcers in the past, it is always better to get an upper GI endoscopy to know the exact status of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum.
Yes, you may please start antacid as relief is also necessary, and irrespective of the results, it is better to see your GP and get a reference for Upper GI Endoscopy.
Also noted that the neck pain is not severe and could be a strain.
No, this does not look to be related to the stomach issue. Does not indicate anything sinister, particularly at your age.
