What Causes Radiating Pain In Upper Right Forearm, Lower Bicep And Shoulder?

Question: Pain started in upper right forearm and then radiated to lower bicep and then shoulder. My arm is getting smaller as well.
Brief Answer:
Possible musculoskeletal pain, take analgesic....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I understand your concern.
Pain in upper forearm could be due to various reasons in patients of your age (32 years old).
If no history of trauma, or local skin lesions, then the pain is of muscular skeletal in origin.
Take ibuprofen or nimesulide and see if the pain will be subsided.
With regards to your arm getting smaller, can you send a photo of both of your arms to evaluate them myself?
Thank you.
