Brief Answer:
There many reasons for raised IGE
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Please dont worry , although your IGE is high , it is not so high as to worry about.
There are many reasons for raised IGE, the common ones being allergy and presence of worms in the stomach. It may also be increased in allergic occupational exposure, for example people working in the construction industry will have raised IGE levels.
If your symptoms are controlled, then i dont think you have to worry about the slightly raised level.
If you are too concerned, then the best thing would be to meet an allergy specialist, he will be in the best position to help you as he can examine you thoroughly as well..
Please don't worry.. let me know if you're having any further doubts..
Thanks

Im just concerned this can be a serious issiue... I eat alot of wheat, grains , eggs and am wondering if thats why its at 143... Is 143 ige allergy high or is lymphatic issues the cause... Sorry for the paranoia
Brief Answer:
you can continue eating the same!
Detailed Answer:
HELLO, Welcome back..
I am sure you have been eating grains and egg for a long time, it is unlikely that you will be allergic to them.
If you are very concerned, then i would suggest that you undertake a more extensive allergic panel test, which will identify what all you are allergic to.
However the best thing would be to meet an allergy specialist, who can guide you further
Please don't worry, you will be fine
Thanks
