Brief Answer:
it might be renal colic

Detailed Answer:
Dear madam,welcome to healthcare magic.
I understand your concern.
In my opinion pain in the right back may be due to either renal colic or muscular origin.
In second trimester of pregnancy, urinary tract infection is common due to morphological changes occurring in the urinary tract in pregnancy due to hormonal changes.
Pain sometimes might or might not be associated with fever , burning urination and increased frequency of urination.
Muscular pain might not be associated with any urinary symptoms .

I suggest you to get an ultrasound done to rule out renal stones and urine microscopy to rule out urine infection.

Take paracetamol/acetaminophen for pain.

Take adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres.coconut water and cranberry juices are also very helpful in Washing out the urine infection.

Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
