Maybe I worded the condition incorrectly and there is a mis-understanding. There are no surface skin "spots" or "discoloration" of the skin. My wife experiences heat "hot spots" under the skin in the areas mentioned in my original question.
Brief Answer:
Possible neuropathic features
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
There seems to miscommunication between us.
Okay in case she is perceiving the hot spots, thus might imply neuropathic features.
It's advisable to get her blood sugar levels tested.
Additionally, it's important to get a complete thyroid assessment through thyroid profile.
Meanwhile I prescribe oral pills of Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg and Pregabalin 75 mg one pill each once a day for 3 weeks to control the symptoms.
Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.
Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
