Brief Answer:
Neurological evaluation is necessary.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

Twitching of body parts may be related to several conditions that range from anxiety and stress disorder, neuromuscular diseases, seizures etc.

It is necessary to consult with a Neurologist and to get evaluated neurologically as a first step in understanding better your partner's condition.

If doubts raised after this evaluation, other diagnostic tests may be ordered by the Neurologist, in order to achieve a correct diagnosis.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
