Brief Answer:
If you notice murmur or thrill cyanosis can be there

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Cyanosis is more visible in mucus membrane like lips, tongue, nail beds; sometimes nose tip and ear lobules also and usually associated with murmur.
If you are noticing any murmur or thrill (palpable murmur) with bluish discoloration this can be cyanosis due to some cardiac defect.
Please provide the details like age of the baby or underlying cardiac defect if any so that I better able to help. If not diagnosed earlier I would request you to take the child to ER for proper evaluation.

With regards

Brief Answer:
This does not appears to be cyanosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Cyanosis as already mentioned is a bluish discoloration. Here I am not able to appreciate any cyanosis and baby looks pink. I can see some bruise mark inside the pinna.
Hole in heart is not always associated with cyanosis. Acyanotic congenital heart disease is much commoner than cyanotic one.

Brief Answer:
Cyanosis is not associated with any aftermath

Detailed Answer:
I can understand your concern but cyanosis is usually not associated with any aftermath. It is highly unusual to have cyanosis due to congenital heart disesse localised to ear only without bluish discoloration of nail, lips or tongue.
Thanks
