This is what it looks like. I have not had any symptoms. Only been with one partner twice in over a year. I dnt knw if she has any clue or anything. I didn't get this until I was with her. I really need ur help

I have gone through the photo.
It appears like fungal infection getting infected.
You can clean the area with warm water twice daily.I would have suggested topical antibiotic cream like fucidin or mupirocin.Once reduces topical antifungal like candid cream can be used.
Do not trim hair too short.See that there is good ventilation. Wear loose cotton inner clothes.Keep area moisture free.
This is not std. You can relax.
You can take antihistamine like cetrizine if itching.
You can get back for any clarification.
