What Causes Rash On Breasts Post Wisdom Tooth Removal?
Question: When i removed my wisdom tooth 8 months ago, my skin started developing white spots, as seen below. The dermatoligist said it might be fungal. But then... Suddenly... For the past two weeks ive been dealing with a yeast infection of the vagina. It is the first time ive had one. It is going back and forth, hasnt been as horrible as it first was. Then a week ago I developed these scabs under my breast at the same time as the yeast infection below. Its under my left breast. What do i do? This seems like a candida issue? What does this look like to you? It is extremely itchy, and if i scratch it it will feel good during scratching, and then begin to hurt a lot. So i dont scratch there. My vagina still has some cheesy yeast, which went away but came back after traveling. It started as a boil, i believe. Thank you. Also, what are the white spots? Thank you.

I have taken note of your query and I have also reviewed the Images.
The rash under breast certainly looks like a fungal infection.
This area is quite prone to develop fungal infection just like other body folds because of the anatomy and therefore traps moisture/ sweat and this can encourage fungal growth.
I suggest you to use an OTC topical antifungal e.g clotrimazole 1% cream, twice daily for 2-4 weeks.
A combination cream of clotrimazole 1% along with a topical steroid e.g beclomethasone dipropionate 0.025% would be more suitable.
Topical steroids are antiinflammatory and therefore will provide faster relief from itching in combination with antifungals
An OTC oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine 10 mg once daily will provide you symptomatic relief from itching.
Regarding the white spots I can make out that these are actually stretch marks/ striae rather than due to fungal infection and they appear white because they are quite old.
They can make an appearance after significant weight loss.
Vaginal yeast infection can give rise to cheesy discharge along with itching.
You may use an OTC clotrimazole vaginal tablet and insert it once every night for the next 6 days.
A single dose of an Oral antifungal e.g fluconazole will also be curative.
You seem to mention in your some of your other queries about red spots/ red rash down there and bleeding from rash.. I would like to rule out an STD???
Are you sexually active? If yes, with single or multiple sexual partners?

Well i have a few stretch marks. But these white spots started right after my wisdom tooth was removed. They went away for a month but came back later. It does not seem to be related to weight loss? Because it suddenly depleated and then came back again?

These are not fungal in origin.

Ok. I will do as you said. :) Under the breast still itches a lot, and it pains. Ive never had this before. It scares me. :( It just gets worse. Any additional suggestions?
Oh the vagina wasnt really bleeding. Just little spots of blood. No scabbing. Just had some sores because the yeast moved to the surface of the vagina. I dont have sores or bleeding on vagina. It lasted only two days, and got better. Now its only a little cheesy discharge. But the boob started really getting bad. :(

Im using an ozone salve which is healing the inder breast. The whte spots are still there though. If you feel youd like to keep in touch for this issue please email YYYY@YYYY . Thank you for your help. Though not exactly sure what to do about fungal on skin.
