Brief Answer:
Could be a Fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I understand from your query that you are having a rash on the foot and discoloration of your nails.

These two could be related or could be two separate entities.

The first possibility I would consider is a fungal infection of the nails and the skin on the foot.
This has to be treated by a course of oral antifungal called Itraconazole. This has to be prescribed by your doctor ad is not available over the counter. It is given as monthly pulse doses for about 6 months as the toe nails take time to grow out.

The other possibility of the rash on the foot could be an eczema. This could be treated using a cream containing 1 % hydrocortisone applied twice a day for 10 days.

However, it would be better if you could send me pictures of the lesions on the foot and the nail so that I can assess better.
