What Causes Rash On Left Arm?
Question: I noticed a square shaped rash/mark on my left arm like a week ago. At first I thought it might be a bruise but the coloring was off. It is outlined in red and normal in center. It does not bother me in anyway besides it's visually unappealing. Its not raised, no itching or burning. I have never had any skin problems. Im very knowledgeable when it comes to identifying any kind of insect bites. Any suggestions on what may be causing this peculiar mark or rash?

No problem, see attached photos. Just wanted to give a little more history too. I have had no skin problems, I have a mild allergy (level 1-2) to indoor/outdoor mold and Oak. I have not used or been exposed to any new products. Thank you

I have gone through them and I think that the rash in your skin is a sign of allergic reaction. As you are reporting to have a mild allergy to mold; the rash on your left arm could be a signal to a mild reaction to mold (whether indoor/outdoor).
I advise to wait for a couple of weeks to see if the rash will disappear. If not, should consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and specific management.
Make sure your home is free of mold. You can ask to get your home tested for mold too.
