I have gone through your query and understood it well.
The differential diagnosis which comes in mind after reading your query is Allergic or irritant contact dermatitis. These two condition respond with topical antibiotic.
Other differential will be Acne mechanica and acne vulgaris.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome again,
I have gone through your question and also the clinical image you uploaded.
My provisional diagnosis is Allergic contact dermatitis.
Prednisolone tablet will help; but this need to be tapered before stopping to prevent recurrence.
Besides this you will benefit with use of tab Levocetirizine. It controls itching. It is non sedative antihistaminic. In addition, apply mid potent steroid cream twice daily.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks
