Brief Answer:
Crestor is the most probable cause of these adverse events.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your clinical scenario seems more compatible with adverse effects of at least one of your medications.

Crestor is more frequetly accused of exerting such adverse effevts.

You need to check some blood tesrs, like CPK, AST and ALT. If those tests resukt abnormally high, then the drug should be stopped immediately.

HCTZ also exerts an unfavorable metabolic profile (hipokalenia, hyperglycaemia, hyperlipemia, , etc).

To clarify these issues, and define the exact culprit medication, besides to performing some blood tests (complete blood count, transaminases, bilirubin, BUN, creatinine, etc), it is necessary to stop the drugs (one by each time), and review the whole clinical and laboratory status.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me whenever you need!

Greetings! Dr. Iliri
