What Causes Rashes Near The Groin Despite Using Lotrimin?

Question: I have a rash between my legs in my groin on both sides. I've used lotrimin but it is still kinda there. what could it be?

Perhaps you have a fungal infection - heat, humidity and sweating are factors that favour growth of fungus. I request you to kindly upload a few images in " Reports Section " so that I am able to confirm and guide you better.

Perhaps changing to a different topical antifungal would help e.g you mauy use Miconazole nitrate 2% cream, twice daily. In addition you may also take an oral antihistamine e.g tab. cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.
