What Causes Rashes On The Lower Abdomen And Back?

Question: Hi! I have skin rashes on my abdomen area, close to genitals, one underarms and one on the toe. Maybe even on the back. It doesn't itch badly, only slightly.
The picture I sent you is of the lower abdomen. I have had them for 2 days now and I continue to see new ones. I have only applied the medicine once so far.
I am also noticing peeling of skin. There have been two more on my left in the last hour
on my left hand*

Brief Answer:
Suggestive of scabies/insect bite
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, Hi & Welcome.
Based on the history given and the uploaded picture of the affected part I am of the opinion that you seem to be suffering from scabies or insect bite.
Kindly provide the following details:
1. Did you notice any improvement after applying the Hydrocortisone cream?
2. Is there any family member suffering from similar problem?
3. Do you take any other medicine? Are you allergic to any medicine or food? or had insect bite recently?
Awaiting your reply.

Thank you for your quick reply.
1. There is less itching after applying the cream but the spots are still all over.
2. No one else in my house is suffering from a similar problem.
3. I haven't taken any other medicine. I'm not allergic to any medicine or food, that I know of. Not sure if I have had any insect bites. I did sit on grass in a public park on Saturday evening
If it's a case of scabies, what should I do next?

Brief Answer:
Continue applying the Hydrocortisone cream
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, Hi & Welcome back.
Thanks for your reply. Noted its contents.
Well, you seem to have some sort of allergic reaction which is responding to the steroid application. Continue to use the cream for another 2-3 days.
If there's no improvement then you may need to visit a doctor for proper clinical examination and to rule out scabies.
If it is diagnosed to be scabies, it will respond to Permethrin 5% cream which kills the parasite (mites and their eggs).
Hope this will help you.
Best wishes.
