What Causes Reactionary Haemorrhage Post Colon Polypectomy?

Reactionary hemorrhage.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome
I appreciate your concern
Complete healing and resolution of wound can take 8 to 12 weeks.
What you had post operatively is known as reactionary hemorrhage which most commonly occurs when a clot in a vessel is displaced or a ligature/clip has slipped. You however recovered from that phase and were most likely successfully resuscitated. Secondary hemorrhage can occur 8 to 14 days postoperatively if the wound become infected or their is vessel erosion. If that period has passed then its unlikely to recur.
Wishing you best of health
Thanks
