What Causes Rectal Bleeding Inspite Of Being On Treatment For Cervical Cancer?

Question: I've had quite a bit of abdominal bleeding, not necessarily in stool. I was taking 1000 mg of prescription Aleve and 50 mg of zoloft for joint pain following treatment of cervical cancer for months. ive stopped taking all meds and the bleeding has not stopped. I also passed something I've included in the attached picture. I am 37 years old. I'm waiting on insurance adjustments before I see a Dr. the ER seems to think there is no immediate concern.
Brief Answer:
gynecologist examination is must
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, I understand your health concerns.
In my opinion you need examination by a gynecologist and a transvaginal ultrasound to see the source of bleeding.
As you have already been through cervical cancer treatment so this has to be evaluated so that recurrent cancer can be ruled out.
Stop taking aleve as you have already done but keep taking Zoloft as before.
You can discuss the ultrasound report with me anytime but definitely examination by a gynecologist is a must.
All the best

This bleeding was absolutely from the rectum area, not the vaginal area. I feel it is more of a stomach issue.
Brief Answer:
still ultrasound needed
Detailed Answer:
I understand that the bleeding was from rectal area but that can be due the involvement by the cancerous tissue because cervix is nearby only to rectal space.
Once there is a history of cancer in some patient even minor symptoms should be treated as soon as possible and never taken lightly.
Stomach issue if there cannot give bright red bleeding as in picture and moreover that is usually a recurrent thing.
So please get an ultrasound done and then we can discuss further management
