Brief Answer:
Hemorrhoids are very likely to be the cause of your symptoms.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids.
Some advice that I can give to you is:
- Apply an over-the-counter hemorrhoid cream
- Use suppository with hydrocortisone
- Use pads containing the numbing agent.
- Also, warm water can help.
If the bleeding continues for several days some examinations are needed :
-a physical examination
-a complete blood count
-level of platelets
-a colonoscopy
Hope my answer was helpful.
Kind regards!

I'm on xarelto for my blood clot. is this a problem. How long will it take to heal
Brief Answer:
Follow the advice below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Xarelto is a blood thinner. One of the side effects of Xarelto is bleeding.
This aggravates the situation of hemorrhoids.
I think that with proper treatment hemorrhoids should be gone in 2 or 3 weeks.
You should not stop Xarelto during this time.
I strongly recommend a physical examination to confirm that hemorrhoids are the cause of the bleeding.
Hope my answer was helpful.
Take care!
