What Causes Recurrent Fever In A Child?

Question: Hi - My daughter who is 4 years old is getting fever frequently(Once in a month or twice in a month). As per the suggestion from a Doctor to whom we consult suggested to take few Tests viz CBP, CRP and CUE. Need your suggestion on these reports

CBP Results:
RBC: Nomocytic, Normochromic
WBC: Neutrophill Predominance
Platelets: Thrombocytosis

Hi..... These reports look like recurrent viral illness. Nothing to worry about it. By the report I would say that the blood has been taken for sampling on 1-3 days of fever. The urine routine report is also normal. By what you quote I feel that your kid is having a recurrent viral illness. Nothing to worry about it, as this is very common in this age group.
