What Causes Recurrent Hemangioma In Right Hand Elbow?
Question: I am 32 , have a Hemangioma on my right hand elbow since birth , i have done surgery twice , but after few months later it appears again. whenever i overworked from that hand it looks like swelled and give me pain. Please give me some medicine (homeopathic or ayurvedic or alopathic) or suggestion to cure this.

Actually also want to tell you if you see 2 pics of my right arm , it has some
rough/dead skin it gave me burning or itchy sensation as well as pain.
Whenever dead skin removed it bleeds. So could you suggest me it is also cure from this medication.
