What Causes Recurrent Kidney Stones?

Question: I am getting kidney stones regularly for last 3 years. I have got pain close to like 10 times till now. I have got annual checks ups done every year and i have seen one to two stones always in m kidneys. Kindly suggest what do i need to do

How common these stones are raise the suspicion of a possible predisposing condition. This needs to be actively invited and addressed fully. Some include increased blood calcium, uric acid and cystine levels. Your doctor should specifically look for them and address accordingly. Drinking water helps in the process but identifying the main problem for treatment is the main approach. For this, I suggest you get a nephrologist for blood and urine testing.
