Brief Answer:
Hope you are not diabetic

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Read and understood your problem.
To recapitulate:
Male / 34 - boil like- below belt-line - have had then before - come to head -blood and white pus - Wants to know what it is and how to cure.

These may in fact be recurrent boils and the commonest reason is the friction cause by the clothe and cause the infection to settle in any of the glands of the skin, which progresses further as you explained.

I would advise in such a case the following:
-Apply liquid Povidone Iodine locally to the affected area 2 to 4 times a day to make the skin sterile.
-A course of an antibiotic under the care and prescription of the Doctor
-Test of blood-Particularly the CBC, Sugar.
-Change of the underwear , new and pure cotton.
-Multivitamins do help a bit in healing.
-Consultation of a Dermatologist (Skin Specialist) to see if there is any other diagnosis possible so that the proper care and curative treatment can be undertaken.

I hope this answer helps you and please feel free to ask any relevant questions or if you feel that there is a gap-of-communication.
