Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
I have seen the image attached. The lesions are captured too closely to appreciate them. Hence, I would advise that you upload a better resolution pic taken from little bit distance.
There could be multiple causes for such spots like freckles, warts, pitted keratolysis, pompholyx, fungal infection( tinea nigra) etc.
Please upload the pic, so that I can propose a probable diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
Hoping to hear from you soon.,

Thanks for the response. I've attached what are hopefully better representations of what the area looks like. I dont have in manor conditions that im aware of. My blood pressure is a little high, with triglycerides being very high. Over the past year I have developed 4-5 small bumps around my left eye lid. A ddoctor I saw 5 months ago said the bumps happen with age.

Hi,
Thanks for providing better pics.
From what I can make out, these lesions could probably be of pitted keratolysis. These are small pits or crateriform lesions which are found on palms and soles. It may sometimes present as small red/brown/orange colored lesions which may later on develop scales or form a minute pit. It is a bacterial infection and commonly seen in people having excessive sweating over palms and soles.
You may treat the lesion by applying clindamycin gel or fusidic acid cream twice in a day. Please use these medicines and let me know after a week or so.
Another possibility could be warts or tinea nigra( fungal infection) but these lesions would persist and not resolve spontaneously.
Hope this helped.
