What Causes Recurring Ballanitis?
Question: Hi doc, actually im effected by balanitis 2 month ago.but ive recover after i apply a cream name daktacort.and im also negetive with hsv1 and 2 test,but sometimes my XXXXXXX got 1-2 bump but it will dissappear after 1-2 days.should i worry??i heard doctor said balanitis will come back again.

You do get bumps occasionally .Ballanitis may recur if it is due to either herpes 2 virus or bacterial infection following unprotected sex and if your female partner is active carrier of infection.
Please try to avoid unprotected sex and practice safe sex to be free from recurrence of Ballanitis.

Im only having sex with my wife and now we planning to get pregnant.and i already made blood test for hsv 1& 2 and result is negatif.

Please get her checked by a qualified Gynaecologist and further treatment.
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily
Ensure to avoid sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
