Hello XXXX, Welcome to HealthcareMagic,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern for your husband,

Now please provide some further details regarding so that I can guide you specifically:

- Age of your husband..

- How was the Typhoid diagnosed? What all investigations were done and how were the results, you can simply upload/attach the reports here at the reports section of this webpage so that I can take a detailed look at them..

- You haven't mentioned the name of the antibiotics, please share the complete details of the medications(names, dosage, duration) taken already..

- Was he seen be any physician while undergoing the treatment for Typhoid? If yes, kindly share the details..

- Apart from the fever, is there any other problems presently? Please share the details..

- Does he have any other health concerns or any past/present medical/surgical ailment/s?

Please note that a single spike of fever doesn't signify any specific disease process, but if it's recurring, and there's any other new onset symptoms then definitely further evaluation and few relevant investigations should be done..

For now, fever needs to be controlled, so You can give him Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg just stat dose(only once for now) after some food and observe how he stays..

Make sure to maintain a good hydration (drink plenty of water), have simple homemade foods, have strictly Mineral/U.V.R.O purified water only..

Let me know all those necessary details so that I can guide you further..

Awaiting....
