What Causes Recurring Light Pink Spotting, Vomiting And Fainting With Delayed Menstruation?

Question: So I am at 8 dpo now...ever since 4 dpo I have been spotting on and off very lightly some pink, some brown and some bright red. I thought I was out but then I smelled on chicken and threw up and my boobs have been full. Also my veins are basically popping out of my skin all over my body. I have found a connection between when the spotting happens...it happens every time I orgasm (no penetration)...goes for a few hours and then stops. And it's true spotting in all this time I've only had like three spots in my pads. I had what I thought was a faint positive test yesterday but at about 30 minutes after I took the test the line dissapeared!!! Now when I test its neg. The bleeding stopped and now it started again... I will attach a pic of the test from yesterday...so what in the world is going on ...am I out...am I preg. Or not...(oh and the veins got worse from yesterday to today)
