Brief Answer:
Proper investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
I can understand the plight one goes through with the pain in abdomen for such a long time. One month is a long tie to suffer, but at the same time to not get investigated will cause further problems like:
- The disease if not diagnosed in time will go on increasing.
- can cause more complications.
- Even medicines may not then be sufficient to cure and may need unnecessary surgical intervention.
* all because of no proper diagnosis and hence no proper treatment.
Pain is a symptom and you are taking only a symptomatic treatment in the form of Buscogast, meftal spas, digene and so on. There is no proper diagnosis or proper specific treatment that you have mentioned.

I would advise in such a case the following:
Investigations:
*Routine blood investigations like Complete blood picture, blood sugar, urea, creatinine, liver function tests, thyroid function tests.
*Urine -routine and microscopy
*Stool: routine, microscopy, occult blood, culture and sensitivity.
*Ultrasonography of abdomen / CT scan of the abdomen to confirm
*Colonoscopy

Consult a Gastroenterologist, get a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to get a proper diagnosis and then alone the proper ''curative'' treatment is possible

I hope this answer helps you to get a proper diagnosis, and get a proper further treatment. Please feel free to ask for more or if you need further clarifications or if you feel there is a gap of communication.
