Question: I have recurring pain on the lower half on the front of my abdomen. It ranges from twisted, to pressure, to tightness. to nausea Help!!

Hi.
Thanks for your query and history.

Noted that all the reports are normal; the pain is recurring - lower half of the front of abdomen - ranges > twisted / pressure / tightness... Associated with nausea.

May know if you have any more associated symptoms like bloating , change of bowel habits, urinary symptoms ?
Any factors that relieves the pain or increases the pain?
Since when have you got this problem ?
What are the tests done till now ?

In the absence of any positive tests (as mentioned by you), or if there are no other specific symptoms other than nausea, the most probable diagnosis is about the IBS- Irritable Bowel syndrome.

I would advise you to take an opinion of a Gastroenterologist to get a proper physical examination, further investigations as per His / Her advise and get an appropriate treatment.

I would advise a few simple tests if not yet done:
X-ray of the whole abdomen in standing position.
Enteroclysis / Barium studies.
In additions to the ones you must been done with like:
Tests of blood, urine and stool.
Ultrasonography and / or CT scan of the abdomen.
