Brief Answer:
Possible bad body posture.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

One possible cause of your symptoms may be bad body posture ( working too much on computer e.g.).

Another possibility of your symptoms may be cervical disc or column degenative disease in its first stages, this needs a clinical and imaging evaluation by a Neurologist.

If there is no cervical degenative disease after the neurological and imaging evaluation, then correcting posture, modifying sleeping habits and position (pillow), taking short pauses during work, helps improve your symptoms.

Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.
