Brief Answer:
Blisters in/around the genitalia need to be tested for herpes sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. As long as blisters occur anywhere around the genital region a herpes test should always be conducted, so the first thing I recommend is a test for herpes.

The next thing I would like to request are images of the region when the blister appears, and how it looks once the blister has popped on its own; you can do so by attaching clear images to our discussion here or emailing them to me at:

YYYY@YYYY

but please do mention "ATTN: Dr. Shoaib Khan" in the subject line so it can easily be directed to me for my examination.

I also have a few recommendations:

+Do not shave over the region, and just carefully trim the hair in the region if you wish to remove hair from there
+Avoid sexual contact and masturbation
+Keep the region clear and dry at all times
+Shower daily
+Do not pop the blisters

I look forward to hearing from you. Please do not hesitate to write to me for any clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
