Brief Answer: Could be Molluscum Detailed Answer: Hi, ashes are due to irritation from sweating this leading to infection of hair follicles and leadingto rash. apply dermicool / shower powder over the area and try to dry it when ever possible. Thanks for the query. I have seen the image. Based on the appearance I suspect the lesions to be due to Molluscum which is a viral infection. This can be triggered by excessive sweating. Application of an astringent will help to reduce the lesion. Also do use a antiperspirant powder to reduce the sweat. Do consult a dermatologist who after examining the lesion can confirm the diagnosis. Also plan on suitable management. Wish you good health. Regards,

Many thanks for the diagnosis and recoomendations. Would it be possible for an online dermatologist to have a look at the picture or do i need a physical examination?
