Question: hi my name is XXXXXXX am 53 yrs old and i made one big mistake and i had an affair and had sex with someone else but i broke off the affair and on august 21 got my period now there gone have taken 3 pregnancy test and all came out negative and am háving on an off cramping please help me s

If you have got your periods after that then there is nothing to worry and this mild cramping can be unrelated to the event but in case it becomes worse or along with that there is breast tenderness also then maximum we can do is to get an ultrasound which will clear the situation.
