Question: hi I am 48 having sunburn on face when I am using medicines the sun burn starting fade but after few days again appears

Hi,

Take Antoxid -hc for at least 3 months, even though it can be taken for long periods without side effects.
Continue melee cream.
Apply sunscreen. Apply a good brand for better results.
Avoid direct exposure to the sun.
And the last thing to remember is that skin ageing due to suntanning decreases quite slowly.
You have to apply these measures for a long period.
Take plenty of fluids.

Some persons have an increased tendency to sunburn and it runs in family.

So adopt a relaxed state of mind. You must try pranayam and kapalbharti yoga advocated by XXXX XXXXXXX.
