Brief Answer:
Over the counter antihistamines and calamine lotion will be helpful.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to irritation or allergic reaction from waxing. In such case over the counter antihistamines like benadryl and calamine lotion for local application will be helpful. If that is not helping then corticosteroids lotions or creams like hyrocortisone can used topically.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

Brief Answer:
All these you can get over the counter.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome again.

Thank you for your follow up.

Benadryl you can take 25mg 2 to 3 times daily. Hydrocortisone 1% cream is available in generic name or as cortisone 10 as over the counter. This you can apply twice daily. If you don't scratch and burst the spots then no scars will form.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
