Brief Answer:
Suggestive of respiratory tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir, Hi
Good evening.
I can understand your concern.

After having gone through the history and the uploaded results of CBC & ABG, I am of the opinion that you seem to be suffering from respiratory tract infection and for which a course of empirical antibiotic (use of antibiotic before the results of culture and sensitivity are available) like Polares (Cefpodoxmine) 200 is being prescribed by your treating physician.

So, continue to take the prescribed medications along with the drugs for Myasthenia gravis till the results of culture and sensitivity are available.

What about the chest x ray & its report?
Awaiting your reply.
Best regards.
