HI
Thanks for posting your query.

Pink Eyes is either due to infection of eyes ( Conjunctivitis ) or it could due to allergy. This along with red itchy skin points more towards Allergy.
Allergy can happen as a reaction to medication or food . So I need to know since how long these symptoms are there ?
Was there any recent change in your previous medications before these symptoms happened ?
Did you have any unusual food or mushrooms or sea food before these symptoms started ?
Kindly revert to me with the details asked .
Will be looking forward for your reply.

No changes to medication previously, except the hydroxyzine which was given to me yesterday. The itching and skin color changes have been within the past 2 weeks. my thyroid level was checked by my internal medicine doctor and the result was 1.3. the range he said is .3-4.5. So he isn't willing to bump up my thyroid medication. I experienced the same symptoms last year and saw an allergist who thought my internal medicine was incorrect in not upping my thyroid meds so she upped my meds from. 75 to .100 and that alleviated the majority of my symptoms. But my allergist doesn'tseem to feel this is the same problem. The only changes in food, trail mix with sunflower seeds and peanuts, and I have eaten at Taco Bell twice in the last week and 1/2 and only ordered their doritos tacos.Could it be a nut allergy, because Ihave never had a problem before or what could be in the taco Bell Doritos Tacos that I could be allergic to? Or any conflict in the mix of my current medication?? my internal medicine Dr doesn't have an answer for me and isn't willing to help me any longer and he hasn't given me a reason why. My allergist is out of town until the end of next week and so the on-call Dr was the one who prescribed the hydroxyzine and I have already taken the 4 tablets prescribed per day with no relief and therefore I haven't gotten any sleep tonight. What do you recommend I try to do, or try a different allergy medication, that only a MD can prescribe that is only given by a written prescription order. Because I could email a message to my allergist and hopefully she will be able to respond back to me as soon as possible.

Brief Answer:
It seems like Skin disease with Eye infection.

HI
Thanks for the follow up .
Well first of all your TSH is in very good value so there is no need to up your Thyroid medications.
Coming to your problem a food allergy can explain your symptoms but only thing that is contradicting is these symptoms should not last for 2 weeks unless you continue to consume the food you may be allergic to . It can be allergy to nut or what you took in Taco bell . But what you need to tell me is have you been continuing to take either peanuts or Taco bell food again.
If you are not continuing to take these food then the chance of food allergy is less and we need to think of some other disease.
I would recommend you to get a prescription of Ciplox eye drops and Winolap eye drops and start using it . Also kindly upload the picture of your skin where it is red . It could be a skin disease .
If you can get a prescription for Tab Prednisone and start using it along with Hydroxycine. Also start applying calamine lotion over it .
Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask .
Regards.
