What Causes Red And Swollen Meatus And Painful Urination?
Question: Hi, yesterday I noticed it was painful to pee. I looked at my meatus and it was red and swollen looking. Looked really ugly, almost as if it is deteriorating. I also have a constant stinging sensation. Besides this, I have no other symptoms. I have some small red, painless spots on the underside of the head of my penis, in between my circumcised skin and the start of the head of the penis. I was tested for STD's about 6 weeks ago and everything came back negative. What could be wrong with me?
