What Causes Red And Swollen Penis Foreskin With Itching?
Question: I'M uncircumsized during my travel i develop a swolen foresking is red.
first started with icthing no trbuble urinating no smell cannot pull the head out is under the sking , the foresking swolen, i think it started with a yeast infeccion becose it was itcthing and lot of sking pealed first.

You are right in a way.
Too much scratching or itching the area with a yeast infection can lead to such swelling in the prepuce.
Now you need to give Lukewarm saline compresses to the affected area with a cotton cloth.
Everytime that you give compresses for two to three minutes , You just try to move back the prepuce over the glans.
Now you won't be able to retract the skin completely at just one in. Do not even try to do so,
Just keep giving the compresses two to three times a day and to retract the skin little bit each time. Do not apply too much force.
Next you need to apply an antifungal cream like canestan over the infected area twice a day for atleast a week.
