Brief Answer:
Zoon balanitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM,
You might be suffering from zoon balanitis. It presents with chronic inflammatory, glistening, shiny red to orange plaque over glans of prepuce.
Cause of zoon balanitis is unknown. Friction, trauma, heat and poor hygiene is supposed to aggravate the condition.
It should be differentiated from the Bowens disease of glans penis. It is a neoplastic condition and have similar presentation. Differentiation can be made by dermatopathology only.
On the other hand candidal balanoposthitis is another differential.
On the other hand, there is a feature to upload the image by yourself on the right side of this query page. You may utilize that. I shall review images and give my opinion.
