Brief Answer:
These lesions are not related to fatty liver

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image.

I will keep a possibility of keratosis pilaris on upper arm. The lesions on upper back are actually post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation / brown spots from previously healed acne lesions on torso.

There is also extreme dryness of the skin on upper arm..

Keratosis pilaris Or KP's are common at sites such as upper outer arms and presents as small bumps on the skin, commonly felt as roughness on sliding the hand over this area.
The roughness is due to keratin plugging the hair follicle openings as pin head sized plugs of keratin.
KP's are more common in atopics i.e those who have dry skin at sites such as upper outer arms, elbows and knee
Whereas the lesions on your upper back are actually post inflammatory hyperpigmentation from previously healed acne.
Upper back just like face is rich in sebaceous glands and acne and post acne hyperpigmentation is common on upper back.

These lesions are not serious nor are they related to fatty infiltration of liver.
