Question: I have a patch of small red bumps at the entrance to my vagina they itch and sometimes sting badly is there anyway to treat them without going to the doctor

Hi welcome to Health care magic,
This could either be allergic or Herpes.
Please try a steroid cream with antibiotic in it, and try to avoid any other local application/insertion that could have caused it.
If there is improvement, continue till it clears.
If no improvement in two days--do show your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
