What Causes Red Bumps On The Arm, Torso And Legs?

Question: I have these red bumps on my arm, torso, and legs. I also have had diarrhea for two days. I have attached a picture of the arm bumps. Thank you.

For now, drink much water and follow up with me as concerns the above responses. However, this will most likely revolve around a viral infection or an allergy.

I will suggest that you monitor this only for now. I am sure this would be a great way to go.
