Brief Answer:
doesn't seem of concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

I apologize for the delay.

I saw carefully the pictures you have sent.
It doesn't seem of concern. It seems a common rash that might be just a skin irritation due to friction with clothes or a allergic reaction to something (detergent ,cream etc).
You don't need to worry .
Since the rash appeared only today and it doesn't itch or hurt ,you can give it a few days.Wash the area with warm water ,no soap .
If the rash doesn't go away after few days ,it might be a fungal infection and you can try an otc antifungal cream like Clotrimazole twice a day for 1 week.
I am sure it will go on its own in few days.

Regarding the pimple in your neck,it is just a common pimple. It is not of concern and doesn't indicate anything serious.
Stress and anxiety can induce the production of some hormones in body like cortisole that stimulate the sebaceous glands of the skin to produce more oil. This can make the skin pores to become clogged ,causing pimples.
Also having a high level of blood sugar increases the risks of infections in body including pimples.
So these two factors can be the cause why you are observing such type of pimples all over the body. This is not of concern.
Managing stress and lowering the level of sugar in blood ,would also be the solution for these skin problems.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.

Take care.

I hope you are right doctor. But i have never observed such type of rssh before means before all these problems started. Now please tell does high blood sugar can cause such problems in early stage? Because you told me that diebeties complications starts after some years so how this possible?or there is possibility that i have high blood sugar from a long time? as u know i was having a same type of rash near about one month or 45 days before on my arm . And you told me that it might be due to some injury And wait for some day. You was right that finished in 2 days but evry time such things happened its difficult for me to stay calm and relax again anxiety starts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

Having any kind of skin rash from time to time doesn't mean that you have a disease causing it.
Having a dry skin or being allergic to detergents, can cause skin rash.
Stress, anxiety, poor sleep ,unhealthy diet and living in a place with dry weather can cause skin problems like dry skin, rash and pimples.

You don't need to get anxious about these small skin problems .They are not reason of such concern because are not symptoms of a specific disease.

This skin rash and pimples are not complications of diabetes but high level of sugar in blood can cause some skin problems like dry skin and pimples.

Diabetes complication are related to the damage of blood vessels and nerves due to high levels of glucose in blood for a long time. These complication include peripheral neuropathy, kidney damage, heart disease, damage of small arteries in retina causing vision problems ,skin ulcers etc.
Diabetes complications happen if diabetes os left uncontrolled for a long time (several years of having very high levels of blood sugar).
In you case the level of sugar in blood is over the normal range but it in not enough high to be diagnosed as diabetes .So you don't need to worry for diabetes complication right now.

Try not to worry too much.
Eat a healthy diet ,exercise regularly and you will be able to keep the blood sugar under control.

Take care.

Hi there,

I can understand your concern but there is no reason to think about HIV .
It seems to be just a common skin rash ,probably an allergic reaction or it might be a fungal infection. This rash and the pimples are so common problems and are not symptoms of any serious disease.Try not to think bad things and get stressed out.

The only way to stop worrying about HIV every time you have a skin rash or any type of infection ,is to get the HIV test done.I would recommend it just to ease your mind and to stop thinking about HIV.

Please let me know how can I help you further.

Take care,

Brief Answer:
nothing to worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for providing the picture.

The rash seem to be improving and going away gradually. This confirms the fact that it is just a common rash probably due to friction with clothes or just a slight skin allergy.
There is nothing to worry about.

It is true that some skin conditions like psoriasis ,fungal infections of the skin are more frequent in people infected with HIV.This has nothing to do with the rashes you are having from time to time. These are just common benign rashes that resolve on their own in few days and don't have any significance.

Please let me know if you need further help or if you have other questions.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena

I hope you are right. It might be a normal thing but i never faced such type of rashes before. just one question that i have now in my mind , is it normal to have such types of normal rashes or bumps on chest.? Most of my anxiety is only due to these things, because about the neck gland i have stopped touching that area and now i am not feeling any irritation, but the rash i have sent the picture is proper rash because i have dark skin color in my arms but still its very much visible at the first day and now today its very much reduced. But the problem is if i have not observed such things before then i can related these things to my stomach problems? Because after all these problems of stomach i start observing sking and mouth inside pimples etc does these are related?

Hello again XXXXXXX

I can understand you are concerned and wondering why you are having such problems now (like pimples and rash) and if they are related to any specific disease.
The answer is that these are common problems of skin and are not related to any specific condition.
It is possible that you are observing carefully every little change in your body and this makes you notice any small rash or pimple that might appear.
As I said you stress plays a great role in skin problems like pimples ,sores on mouth ,skin rash.

Having high blood sugar can also trigger such problems in skin.
These symptoms are not related with stomach symptoms and are not indicative for any disease.

You really don't need to worry because the rash and pimples are not symptoms of any serious disease. They are just common skin problems.

Take care.
