Question: It just appeared 2 flesh red color circles like if it was peeled on the shaft of my penis. It itches sometimes what could it be?

Though the picture is of low resolution and it appears to be related to either fungal infection or lichenoid eruption (reactive inflammation of the skin). Either close physical examination or good resolution picture is required to diagnose the exact entity.
I suggest you to wait and watch the area for few days. Till that time you can apply a plane moisturizer and take an antihistamine such as loratadine for one time a day.
I reassure you fully that this is quite common entity and there is nothing to be worried about.

I have attached a few more pictures. If u can tell me a little more bout this issue.. It looks like 2 circles but now it itches a bit n when i wash it it hurts a lil bit only that area. Again. It just appeared a few days ago.. Can u tell me what exactly is it? N if its nothing serious and how do i get rid of it?? Also can i have safe sex? Havent had sex in 2 months but i m just curious in case it happens. I am a little worry bout this.. Thank you hopefully these pictures help u identify the problem better.
