What Causes Red Dots On Penis After Intercourse?

I'm a 24 year old male and am sexually active. Last night I noticed a single small pinkish/red dot on the head of my penis. It's about 1/2 a centimeter in diameter, isn't open or leaking in fluids, and is completely flat. It doesn't hurt or anything, and other than the color of the skin is completely normal. I've attached pictures to see. I'm really afraid it could be syphilis or something. I did just take a trip to the ocean with some friends, but I've never experienced anything such as this. Please advise, thank you.
Need some information from you please sir, thank you
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. I have a few questions for you before I can provide you with my opinion on the possible cause, please do take some time out to answer them:
+Are you sexually active?
+If you are sexually active, then when was the last time (prior to the appearance of the lesion on your penis) did you have sexual contact? And was your partner a known person?
+Around 2 weeks prior to the appearance of the lesion on your penis, were you sexually active?
+Did the lesion appear only after your trip to the ocean?
+Does the lesion itch?
+Is it hot where you are now? Or was it hot and/or humid around the place you visited?
+How would you rate your personal hygiene on a scale of 0 to 5?
I look forward to hearing from you in order to help you further.
Best wishes.

I am sexually active. The last time I had sexual contact was about a month prior to the spot appearing. It was with a known contact, but not a girlfriend. I don't know how her sexual history is, and it was unprotected sex. Yes, the lesion appeared just after my trip to the ocean. I'm currently on vacation in Brazil and it is very hot and humid, and also the weekend included quite a bit of drinking. The spot doesn't itch at all, in fact it is completely normal except for the pinkish/red color. I would rate my personal hygiene as a 4.5.
Here are my recommendations sir
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
Thank you so much for your co-operation.
Here is my advise:
+You can purchase clotrimazole cream over-the-counter from any medical store and apply to the region three times a day for a month
+Keep the region clean and dry at all times
+As it is hot and humid there, I would recommend carrying an extra change of inner wear with you, so you can change it any time mid day
+Make sure you shower everyday and dry off well enough after the shower to prevent leaving any region wet
+And most importantly, write back to me in 2 weeks time, and let me know if you have experienced an improvement; this is very important because I need to know your response and accordingly guide you ahead
I hope this helps, and also hope you experience a rapid and complete recovery. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.

Quite honestly, STD's cannot be ruled out without a test sir, but unlikely
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again sir.
To be completely honest, which is what I promise to all my patients, the possibilities does still exist until it is completely ruled out using an STD-panel. But what you can also do is, try the cream that I have given and if you seem to be experiencing a response, then the chances of an STD reduce and almost completely vanish.
So you have 2 options:
1. Visit a doctor and get an STD-panel conducted
or
2 Try the cream I have given now, and if it clears up then you have nothing to worry about; but if it doesn't then you should go ahead with an STD-panel
I hope you find my response and informative sir. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help.
Best wishes.
